Step-by-step:
Putting 3y-2 instead of c in the first equation

y=5(3y-2)-18
y=15y-10-18
y=15y-28
-14y=-28
y=2

Then we are putting 2 instead of y in the second equation

x=3(2)-2
x=6-2
x=4

So x=4, y=2
