what is the slope of 5x - 6y = 13

Let’s change the equation into
y=mx+b

5x-6y=13 Subtract 5x on both sides
-6y=-5x+13 Then divide by -6 on both sides
Y=5/6x-13/6

m will be your slope
so:
Slope=5/6
