The domain for this function is all real numbers (D).

The reason for this is that domain is equal to the numbers that you can put in for x. The only usual restrictions on this are 0 as a denominator and a negative under a square root symbol. Since we do not have fractions or square roots in this equation, the domain is all real numbers.
