John walked to school at 5 miles per hour in 21 minuets. She jogged him in 7 minutes. What was his average jogging rate on the way home?

distance to school = 5 * 21/60 =  1.75 miles.

On way home she jogged 1 75  miles in 7 minutes
So average rate  = 1.75  / 7 =  0.25 miles per minute 

= 60 * 0.25 =  15 miles per hour
